All camp weeks are now full, but you can get your name on the waitlist, if interested. 
Registration Reminders: 
1. Completing the Registration Request Form does NOT automatically mean that registration is accepted.  Because of how fast registrations often come in, sometimes weeks become full while people are still completing forms.  This will be closely monitored and will hopefully not be an issue, but please just wait until you get an email confirmation (usually within a few days) before sending payment.

2. We might temporarily pause the form (stop accepting responses) if a week fills.  That only takes a minute or so, but it allows us to remove the full date from the form.  So, if you click the link and it says that it isn't accepting responses, just wait a minute and try again.

(Option A):  Send full payment of $249/week (via check made out to Sandlot Worthington) to the address below (please include camper's name(s) AND week(s) attending on memo line). NOTE: To guarantee your spot, please mail payment within ONE WEEK of registration.

1. If using this option, camp tuition is listed at $257/week to offset the cost of PayPal fees. Please be sure to pay the appropriate amount: 1 week: $257; 2 weeks: $514; 3 weeks: $747; 4 weeks: $996; 5 weeks: $1,245; 6 weeks: $1,494
